The San Fran Psycho was a former prisoner named Clint Morris. Clint Morris was trying to escape Alcatraz by swimming in the waters of San Fransisco Bay but was killed by a shark that chewed his right arm off. Now his ghost trashes the Grind Games and attemps to keep Mystery Incorporated from meddling him. He tries to keep the gang from escaping the prison in which they did by defying their deaths to sharks, then he tries to kill Fred on a tramp with other people on board. Finally he was stopped by Scooby-Doo who crashes into him with a skateboard. The Psycho is voiced by John DiMaggio.
