Senor Sapeda was an explorer who once accompanied Melbourne O'Reilly in searching for dinosaur bones. He warns him and other explorers to take the bones back to where they found them but when they didn't listen to him the Dinosaur Spirit attacks, later he was exposed by Velma Dinkley when she mentions that the bones were fakes made by him, making him get arrested.
